Bladesmith Barber College invites you to come in and experience our dedication to both the craft and professionalism of barbering. Students will learn to take pride in their work and the value of providing excellent customer service to clients from the time they walk in until their desired service is complete. Clients will receive quality haircuts at a reduced rate while allowing students to perfect their craft. Our Mission
At Bladesmith Barber College, our mission is to educate students in the barbering field with hands-on techniques, classroom theory, and professional development skills so that our graduates will be prepared to pass the barber exams and begin successful careers as licensed barbers.
OUR GOALS: Beyond our mission, we aim to give students training and development of the highest caliber. Our goal is to create a family team environment where individuality and creativity are welcomed. Instructors will create and sustain an atmosphere that promotes personal and professional growth while instilling good morals and ethics. We want to take the average barber school experience and elevate it to a place it has never been before. We want to bring the vastness, skill, and potential of this Industry to our students so that they will be inspired, motivated, and prepared for success. Our hope is that Christ would permeate through our interactions with each other, and every person who enters our doors. At Bladesmith Barber College we hope to send graduates into the world with all the tools they will need to succeed professionally and spiritually while leaving customers happy.

No, appointments are NOT required.
Some students may have experience, while others may not. However, all students are under the supervision of a licensed, experienced Barber.
Prospective Students
Full-time Class A students can expect to complete the program in approximately 8 months. Part-time Class A students can expect to complete the program in approximately 13 months. All Crossover students can expect to complete the program in approximately 4-5 months.
No. The completed hours qualify students to take the written and practical licensure exams through PSI in order to be eligible for licensure through TDLR.
Testing and licensing fees are not included in tuition, and are not obtained through Bladesmith Barber College.
While we do not offer live online courses, we do provide access to online hours with the student kit (for eligible Class A Barber 1000 Hour students only).
